Well atleast I managed to find my way back here again. I had a chance to go to Zumba for the 3rd day this week and man I am totally sore! I'm glad to get back into my routine and getting ready for that bikin body. I'm thinking that body is buried beneath either 10 pounds or at the very least a good 3% body fat! I'm ready to lose the flab and of course its the perfect time of year for that. There's plenty of sunshine and the temps are a cool 70 degrees, just perfect before the mercury begins to climb to the 100's! Its also baseball/softball season. Both of my kiddos play and what better way to stay in shape then running bases and working on throwing drills? I'm trying not to let my mind get the best of me and tuning out the "you're already out of time, to do great things to your body" voices that I hear. Im ready for a change and I'm embracing whats coming along!
I start teaching my Zumba classes the end of April and I want to do for others what my current instructor has done for me....MOTIVATE! Its gonna be a great ride!
I'm also going to try and get some weight lifting in, wanna get my guns toned and lean! I HATE arms that wave back at you...LOL
Well thats all for now, lets see what I can squeeze in for fitness tomorrow with a birthday pizza party, complete with cake and ice cream, and a trip to the zoo!
